So today I attempted to go to the Fun Fair, but when I went to Emera Square, it was missing. At first I figured I must have got the end date wrong, but if that was so my tickets would have been converted and they weren't. So, it must be missing.

The event did end today, so I’m guessing you got the date wrong. For the second part, I’m afraid that I can’t tell what happened, but did you have any leftover tickets that you lost? If you did not have any then there is nothing to convert.

I never spent any of the tickets because I hadn't realized it ended today,,, I had, like, 400. However I don't have 400 festival points. Is it not 1:1 conversion then?

It might be possible that the conversion will happen at a later time today or tomorrow or this week. The Event just ended not even an hour ago, so be patient in case Riako needs to convert them manually.
