Can’t Purchase Nuggets

Anytime I try and go to the shop to purchase nuggets, I get this error:

“Your session has expired. Please get back to the game and retry your payment.
Error code: 00040001”

I assume this is an issue with XSolla, but most solutions provided to fix the issue (relogging, clearing cookies/cache/restarting devices) don’t help out. I’ve tried on both my mobile phone as well as my laptop but can’t see to find a fix. Is anyone else having this issue? And does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi! I posted on my user page about this recently. I reached out to Riako and he said it is an issue that just happens sometime! Riako told me to wait, and I mentioned I had waited a long time (8? 12?+ Hours at that point). He told me to wait until the next day and see if it solved itself, and it did.

It was fixed approximately 20 hours I noticed it, but I have no idea how long it existed before I noticed it.
Just be patient, apparently =)
