I get into the water near the northmost exit of galar min and swim in the north direction around the island eventually getting out of the water feeling much refreshed around stow-on-side

Not having been able to get away from the grunts they bothe send out a koffing and zubat respectively to attack me as I start running deeper into the forest they chase me hitting me multiple times but as they are floating and I am inexperienced as of now my mud shot does not hit them and I get very injured still somehow running deeper into the glimwood tangle
