"the participation of wild pokemon is forbidden due it a incident involving a wild ursarang mauling three people and killing two. Wild pokemon will ONLY EVER be accepted if the pokemon goes through tests and training, and a team ALWAYS be nearby to control the pokemon if issues appear."
