I'll be keeping a record of every shadow pokemon I catch in this diary, starting with Kanto. I won't get the Johto upgrade until I've caught 'em all from Kanto.

On January 16 2025, I purchased the shadow radar, and, after a chain of around 50, caught a female shadow butterfree that i named Margerine in two ultra balls.

January 17 2025

After a chain of about 20, I found a shadow koffing and caught it in two ultra balls. I have yet to come up with a good nickname for it.

January 18 2025

After a chain of 76 (after multiple chain breaks due to impatience), I managed to find and capture a shadow haunter with a single ultra ball. Once again, a nickname will have to wait until I come up with a half-decent idea.

After a chain of exactly 70, I managed to capture a shadow kakuna in one pokeball. My Kanto Shadow dex is now at 4/151! A long way to go, but it's 4 more entries than I had before I got the shadow radar
