Recently I used my enigma stone in the tall grass. Will eggs for both of them appear in the tall grass? Will only one appear eg can I only get Latias not latios from this one?

You can get both kind of eggs with Enigma Stones. Sadly, you can only tell which egg you get after successfully finding it.
