hi hi, a lot of the time when i look at peoples profiles they have different colored text and designs that they use for about me's and stuff and i was wondering how i can do that cuz it looks really cool

They are probably using BBCode to change colors and fonts. Here is an awesome guide on how to use BBCode on Pokeheroes :)
