hi!! its my first event on this site altogether so im not sure how things work but i really like the plague doctor murkrow ive seen around and im assuming that theyre from halloween and the wiki agrees- will they be avalible in the rotating selection of pokemon eggs? and if yes, is there a way to know which day? thank you!

Afaik there isn't a way to tell if it will come. The best way is just to collect 2.5k to 3k (not sure what the price is) sweets and check the Halloween event daily
