Just try to be lucky!
Shinies are pretty rare, so try to save up 150K for Pokeradar, which increases the shiny chance when hatching the same Pokémon.
Try to also complete the 3rd badge set for the Shiny Charm, although you need to hatch a shiny before getting it.
