A lot of my random thoughts are going to be posted here as well as parts of my days i deem interesting.
Anyway, gonna ramble about the comfort character plastered over my profile page: Nehan!
The main reason he's a comfort character of mine is because of his story throughout the game, going from a confused and hurt individual to being able to heal his mental scars by being accepted in a village full of children who suffered indirectly by him, and children that suffered the same fate he did when he was a child, and making up for his mistakes and regrets by healing the sick children of the village.
Even though when he first started, he was just a miserable man who just survived a near death experience that believed he didnt deserve the second chance of life, he managed to snap out of it with the help of the child he helped teach, Mugen. He ended up finding his family looking after Mugen and the other children, and considers Mugen his own child 😭
Nehan gives me so much comfort with his story of redemption and healing and makes me feel hopeful that I could heal from my own trauma and problems too

This is the first one of these out of many, but I wanna ramble about my OCs here:
Elfen is the Captain of my Royal Knights of the Sky Kingdom in my world. In a world full of magic, mana and spirits, and the way magic works, Elfen's body is intolerant to the normal amount of mana you have to use to make attacks. Elfen cannot use magic unless its in small amounts because of this, unlike his ancestors from his fathers side that all were known to be excellent warriors using strong magic and amazing sword fighting skills. Elfen only has the sword fighting skills.
When his father found out, he hid his child from the rest of the people in the castle and gave him intensive training day and night that was really rough on him. His father was embarrassed of having a son who cant even use magic properly to succeed him one day.
When his father died, he took over, and the knights finally were able to see him, and while they were uncertain how he'd be they were immediately swayed by his leadership skills and his pure strength alone, something not a lot of the Knights relied on, as they would often rely on magic.
He has promised that he'd live up to their expectations, and if not be a better person than his father ever was. He decided to show more compassion than his father ever did, and made the knights feel more close knit than ever. Elfen eventually gained the respect of all his knights over time, but even so, he wonders if he would ever be able to surpass his father entirely out of his pure strength alone.

I rambled about Nehan, but i wanna ramble about Ky Kiske now :>
Ky Kiske instantly clicked with me ever since I first tried guilty gear and I've mained him and loved him ever since. I love his family dynamic with Sin and Dizzy and just seeing him interact with Sin and asking him if he's done his homework is just amazing, he's such a good dad ssksjhsjsh
What I love about his character is how much he's changed as a person, going from someone who was a brutal gear killer during the war with no sign of remorse for his enemies, making even Sol (the main character of the game series) afraid of him, to then finding Dizzy and loving her despite her being a gear, and realising they all aren't just beasts needing to be slain. Now he's a happy loving father who's royalty and providing well for his wife and son, and would rather things stay that way then turn back to the life he once lived.
He's changed so much as a character and seeing it just makes me smile- for his birthday this year I even drew a silly doodle of his family celebrating his birthday sksjsjsjshf they all make me so happy and I love drawing him occassionally and would always be THE comfort character for me

Just wanted to ramble about stuff. Recently I've been getting along better with my family, which is great! The only problem I've been having irl is my goddamn depression and health issues but thats it really.
I am content with where i am right now. There's some things I'd want to change, but i feel like things are gradually getting better. Though it is painfully slow.

- Fully make and design the ruler of the Water Kingdom and the other high guards
- Write more about the late Fire Kingdom
- Finalize what happened to the late Light Kingdom
