Hi I need interactions with Jakob the electrike for a quest. Jakob needs to at a really high level. I need help with this because I don’t play this game all day. And I have until Sunday 8am. Prof Rowan quest says Jakob needs to be higher level than prof oak electrike. Please help me complete this quest. Ty.
