I’m going to answer all of your questions here.

1. I mostly get money from selling mystery items on item market. But because grinding areas to be level 50+ (At this level you almost always get mystery items from a 12 hour mission) can take a lot of time, I’d recommend to interact and buy Amulet Coin as soon as you can.

2. Flame Orb can be purchased at the Emera Mall for 50,000 Pokedollar (PD).

3. I’d just recommend hatching eggs. After around 500k clicks it is just not worth interacting as the trainer point gain is terrible when compared to the amount of TP you need to get to level up.

4. Depends on what kind of Shiny legendary Pokemon are you looking for. Shiny Mewtwo’s are generally cheap and go for around 200k PD each on Auction House, but you need to complete Kanto/Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos and Alola dex to get Mewtwo, Deoxys, Arceus, Genesect, Diance and Type: Null respectively.

If you want other Shiny legendaries that these, they’re very expensive, going for a couple of millions depending on which one are you looking to buy. For example Shiny Dialga is around 9 million PD from what I know, but cheaper ones like Regirock are no more than 200k.

And if you want to get your OWN Shiny legend, you have to shiny hunt them yourself — dex rewards are breedable, so you can do it like regular Pokemon hunts, but most of them are summon based and you need to have a huge stock of them to hunt one. They’re expensive too.

5. As for Mega-Able Pokemon, you can hatch them yourself (though I don’t know the chances, I never hatched any except of the guaranteed ones), or buy from AH/GTS as they’re fairly cheap.
