Looking for high IV Pokemon that have a mega evolved form in its evolution line

e.g high IV Snom which has a mega evolved Frosmoth

To look at the IVs of a Pokemon look at its profile and check its battle stats, only looking with Pokemon with three or more yellow stars also 2 grey stars count as one yellow to me so they work as well.
