This is a game (totally unrelated to the card game of the same name) that I stole borrowed from another forum!

For all new messages in this thread, rule 1 will be active. This rule is secret and will be in effect until someone guesses the rule.

You can declare that your message breaks the rule by saying “this message breaks the rule” or something to that extent in your message. (you can use tmbtr for short)

You can guess the rule by saying “I think the rule is…” or something to that extent. The rule is not active for rule guesses.

For out of game messages like clarifications, use strikethrough and I won’t count your messages as part of the game.

I (or the current ruler) will reply later with whether your mesage braks the rule or not. If it does and you did not declare it, or if it does not and you did declare it, all your messages for the next three hours will be disregarded.

The person who first guesses correctly is the next ruler, and they will make the next rule. A list of all previously used rules will be included below, please do not reuse these rules.

You may not edit any messages after the ruler declares that message to have or have not broken the rule

Make a quote of the first post which is wrong if someone has multiple posts

Show hidden content
Rule 1 by @Dezrien - The message cannot be a negative sentence
Rule 2 by @R43_ - Unown, ended early due to this thread's death
Rule 3 by ??? - ???

Rule 1 is now active

Technically, yeah, as long as you either never break the rule and never declare it and/or you always break the rule and always declare it you can keep going
After the first time you mess up though all posts after are null

I'll make a quote of which one if you have multiple posts and one is wrong, that way you know

Now clarified in the rule post

You cannot guess the rule during timeout

You can ask questions though, obviously
It'd be rude if you couldn't

@JXFS The rule is not that you can not say "not"
@capon Your message does not break the rule (but it appears you declared it did? I'm not sure)
