its after 18pm server time and i have a razor claw attached how come it wont evolve

It has to be in the nighttime (ph time) holding a razor claw, not a razor fang

yeah hes holding a razor fang and its 23:43 server time and it was like 20hours before when she evolved

oh that might be why shes not evolving then. i will have to wait and buy a razor claw. thanks she evolved with razor claw
