So I know that newton will give you his first born, but how many tickets do I need? Do I have to have them in possession or do I need to obtain a certain number of tickets , and it doesn't matter whether I have spent it? Do I have to spend the tickets to get him? When will he offer me his firstborn?

When you click on him, he says something like "not even for 999 tickets" so I would assume that this is his prize :) And I assume that when you have those 999 tickets, the dialogue will change where you can get his egg
