I absolutely love Popplio and really want one but I got Torterra as my starter. I like every Pokemon but I would love a Popplio.
Does anyone know where to find one?

You can hope to find one randomly in the Lab, or buy them from other users through the GTS and Auction House. If you have its eggdex entry (= you already hatched one before), you can find it in the Tall Grass or buy it from the Gem Collector
