Any staff member, I've been sending and sending plushies to my friends, new people, and randomly yet I'm not getting the plushies rewarded for it. Could any staff member tell me why? EX - I sent a plushie to a random friend of mine and didn't get the shiny Squirtle plushie that you usually get for sending it. Is it based on level or what because I don't have any reward plushies yet I've sent tons of plushies to random people, friends, and new players.

It's random to receive those starter plushies :) They are not guaranteed
