The cloaked figure seemed to not move from their place at the gates. But they clearly watched as the students approached, their cloak billowed in the slight breeze and their face remained under the shadowy cover of their hood

Mizuki decided to keep his hood on to cover his identity as he looks around the academy where only peoples who aren't commoners are able to sign up like nobles or others but he doesn't really care that much
