I have opened 2 doors but it says I have opened one out of 24 :

Once it becomes a new day, the previous day is blacked out regardless of whether or not you actually completed the task. The words "This door has already been opened." means you didn't actually complete the task or did the task, but forgot to claim the reward. If you did claim the reward, it would say "You have already received this gift." like it does in your Day 1 image.

I think the second day was bugged in general, it did not trigger for me even after finishing the task twice so I gave up.
