A break from time [-4PR1L & Wave]
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Private RP → A break from time [-4PR1L & Wave]A myth across timelines, across alternate universes. Not just for its enigmatic nature but also for its absurdity. A tavern that is unbound by time and space... with odd rules like "you can never go through the same entrance twice" and "always state your age", it just sounded too surreal. Like something made up... then again.
What if is not?

The silver curly haired female was Shieta RaVil, a 19 years old female who looks just as malnourished as she was short. With her clearly confused gorgeous silver-ish blue eyes, her pale pink lips wore a frown.
Afraid that she was hallucinating, she closed the door and opened it once again, only to see the same setting of the empty tavern. She then tried again, open, then close, open, then close. The whole process repeats multiple times, before Shieta gives up with a sigh, seeing how the strange phenomenon wasn't going to give her library back, it was as if the tavern was welcoming her to come inside.
Which, was what Shieta exactly did after a few second of deliberation.
Afterall, if she can't solve the problem from the outside, poison it from the inside.
Plus, it may even do her some good..? Though she does doubt it.
The tavern itself had an interesting design, as it did look like a 18th century bar but also had fancy glassware, plastic bowls full of peanuts and coaster that said "Put it on a tap! Vote Minx, 2084". But the most eye-catching was a crest over the drinks in fancy... well, it was woodwork but the letters themselves look more like constellations.
Astra inclinant, sed non obligant. - The stars incline us but they do not bind us.
The Mediterranean woman behind the counter was cleaning a glass with a rag, wearing a black vest and white shirt combo and a witch's hat on top. The hat itself was black as well and had the crest of a potion on it, along with a gear around it. It was the "owner" of Chronobreak. Iteral Wavia Lucenox. Or at least... a Iteral.
She checks out the malnourished person and puts down the glass, looking under the counter to pull out a simple bowl of candy. It wrote Кинуски.
"No worries, I won't bite."

Who knows, if in truth she has fainted and is in the infirmary at the moment due to a certain redhead panicking.
Shieta had a gentle smile rested softly on her face. That certain redhead was like a warm burning flame to her oh so dark world. Like a moth, she was also attracted to that flame, wanting to get closer, but afraid to get burned.
Shieta shook her head, no, now isn't the time for her to get stuck in her own world. With careful steps, she walked towards the only person in the tavern.
"....Just who are you." Shieta's eyes were as cold as a blizzard. No, much colder. Her interrogative tone was anything but relaxed. Inshort, Shieta is more on guard than ever. Well, perhaps abit less than when she, along with her flame had gotten lost.
As she holds it, the stick changes color just like a normal indicator would. But it did not touch anything. "... I take it stepping into a weird tavern is the second thing you carry on your mind right now?" She holds out the indicator to show it to Shieta.
It was pink. Love pink.
"Well, I dunno your name but... I'm here if you fancy a talk."

Magic? Most likely.
For a moment, Shieta felt that Iteral almost saw through her. Despite the other having a relaxed posture, her gaze. It was as if she was seeing right through her, looking directly at her soul. Leaving Shieta completely exposed and vulnerable, showing all her deepest sins. Shieta gulped, an everyday bartender? What a joke. If she really was an everyday bartender, then how could this tavern magically appear where it was now?
"..You don't need to know my name. But rather, what is your purpose here?"
"I just like serving people, I guess. Bought this tavern some time ago and... that is about it. But..." She waves the indicator and then points at Shieta with it.
"I can see that your heart is in a bit of a mix-up. Allow me." She vanishes behind the counter, only the tip of her hat can be seen, before she starts mixing things into a glass. The bottles all had different languages, some did not even seem terrestrial. But then, a simple blue drink came out, which she slides to the frosty patron. "On me."

No matter how much Shieta thought about everything. Nothing seems to add up. Everything was just extremely out of place. Like "when a fish climbs a tree"... would be what a certain redhead would say if she was in the situation in her place.
"..That's not the problem here Mrs. Lucenox." Shieta sighs, how comes troubles always comes towards her whenever she just begins to start feeling comfortable with her life?
"The problem is that, the location where we are standing right now, is supposed to be abandoned."
That was (one of) the reason why Shieta used it as her secret studio in the first place.
"Ahhh..." The witch looks at Shieta, then back at the map, then at Shieta again. "... explains a few things. So." She folds the map away and uses a pen to slide the drink she made closer to her. "Sweetie, if I wanted to poison you, I'd do so in other ways. I might be a weird person who manifested a whole bar in this abandoned building but I don't do that just to screw with one girl, you know? I do wanna help."
