I won 2 auctions but after the auction expired I never received the Pokémon. Am I missing something or is it a bug as I didn’t receive my money back either?

Pokemon should be transfered after 5-6 minutes

Thanks I just went and checked and they have arrived. Sorry for the hassle I only started today so I don’t know how things work yet.
