In many fan games there is the Link Cable that is brought from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, it is an object that is used to evolve pokemons without changing, looking in the wiki I saw that the object does not exist so I think it would be a good idea to add the object.

I looked for it on the wiki and it didn't appear but maybe it has another name or something like that.

Unfortunately no- You have to trade to evolve the mons that use link cables in the games.
