Hi guys what're the two options below the puzzle collection tab in the home maintab and how do I unlock them? Thanks

That is the pokeradar and the shadow radar.
You can buy the Pokéradar in the shop, at the cost of 150,000 Pokédollars or 500 Nuggets
The shadow radar makes it possible to find Shadow Pokémon in the wild. It is available in the Item Shop after reaching Trainerlevel 20.
