After awhile, Amia moved on to the other regions areas and noticed Wavia pointing at the wall paintings. Curious, she took a closer look.

Wavia: You can't? Well... *she points at the sketches* It's a tale! *she starts with a sketch of two stickfigures* Two humans, The-rea and Mort-uer. One was a farmer, the other a hunter. They both went on with their lives, until one day, the hunter did not return home. Worried sick, the farmer went outside, to find a Houndour, injured. It fell off a tree and broke it's leg. When the farmer returned, the hunter was already there, without any food. At first, he was delighted that The-rea found something to eat, but she refused to murder the injured pup. Over the next week, they nursed the pup to health and, even though they had less food themselves, The-rea was happy.
After a week, the pup left and the hunter went back to hunting, when a pack of Houndour and a leading Houndoom cornered the pair. Facing death, the pup from before leapt out and defended them, woofing defiantly. After a while... the horde went away, with the leader giving a nod.

Ever since, the Hunter made sure to only go for freshly deceased prey or to make sure it was in the creature's best interest.
