Appearance: Pretty Lopunny with white apron and feather duster~
Backstory: She has always wanted to take care of people and pokemon. By cooking, cleaning and helping in the lab, Sumi feels necessary. When Sumi was a young Bunneary, she was a companion to an elderly human female. When her old trainer passed on, she evolved unusually through sadness. This core memory makes Sumi extremely empathetic and capable of feeling deep emotion. She is kind and sweet, yet extremely protective of those under her care. She is happiest when she is hard at work in the lab~

Gender: female
Appearance: Although a Flutter Mane by species alone, it is a lot less aggressive and that is reflected in her looks: Her spikes and ribbons are smaller. She also has a Mismagius-hat (with holes for her feelers) but she only wears it for baby Pokémon (to hide her more... ancient looks).
Backstory: Only known as "Wavia, the Lonesome", she just... appeared one day in the nearby forest. That is all most know.
Moveset: Psychic, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Shadow Ball
Birthday: (not necessary) 30/08
Other: If Flutter Mane is ineligible, the inverse would apply: A Misdreavus with more primal features.

Appearance: A shiny primarina who is often found singing lullabies for the younger pokemon in the lab. She helps out mostly by keeping most calm during times of panic and during water related tasks.

Move set: Sparkling Aria, Sing, Encore, Moonblast, Dive and Perish Song

Other: I would think her role would be the "Nursery helper"? or something simmilar to that

Appearance: A somewhat rugged looking Shiny corviknight. He is a close friend of Amia since childhood and the two are found together often during their breaks. He is mostly somewhat standoff-ish to the others in the lab for whatever reasons but he still shows respect to his co-workers, colleagues and the lab pokemon.
