hi, new here, can someone tell me how to give or take an item from a pokemon? Thks

Hi! Welcome to Pokeheroes.
If you want to give a pokemon an item you must go to the Item Bag> Home and next to the item you want to give to the pokemon it says "Give Item". Click on that and then you can choose a pokemon from your storage to give it to. As for taking an item away, I don't think that's in the game yet or I'm just not sure as I joined not too long ago either.

Taking an item away from a Pokémon is in the game. You just go onto it’s profile, and underneath the nickname slot (I think) there should be an option to take away the item your Pokémon is holding. I hope this helps!
