"Oh, cool your jets." As a small act of confidence for herself, she
opens all of her eyes, looking at Rhulk with an equal amount of
eyes. "Wait. Engaged, I thought you were fully married. Now... I'm
confused."
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
"Oh my god, to Lubraeans it is the SAME
THING DAMN IT- wait- of course you wouldn't know. What is the
difference anyway? It doesn't matter sence we are fully married.
Hmph." He grumbled, gazing away from Iteral and turning
around.
Auspice comes back in her dress, and then stares at the two
six-eyed people. "Sorry about that..."
"It's okay. Let me guess.... Rhulk got corrected on it so many
times that just mentioning it makes you mad. We've all been there."
Iteral sighs, then poking Rhulk."Want to cheer up? Look that way."
She points towards Auspice.
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
"Y-Yes, multiple times by other species, actually, since... well...
poor guy doesn't understand..." She giggles nervously, turning to
Rhulk with a small smile.
Rhulk does in fact turn to Auspice, and flusters. A rare moment of
weakness from him, yet again. "I- damn
it... gets me every time..." He spoke with a smirk, trying
not to think about his minor, almost-occurring lash out.
The Caretaker just pulled up a camera, as always, and took a photo,
as if it learned how to do it because it has seen Iteral do it
before.
"Sorry about that Rhulk, it's my first time seeing a Lubrean... or,
you know, anything really in this timeline. I-eh, wanna say that I
won't do those mistakes again but... I don't want to lie. I'm an
idiot." Iteral laughs a bit, looking at the Caretaker and winking
with three eyes, before thinking. She signs.
"Hey. I have an idea. Lead me to Auspice's dressing room if you
can."
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
"Don't worry. H-Happens to all of us... I
guess... I understand." He smirked, his eyes still on
Auspice. Auspice then climbed up on Rhulk, resting on one of his
shoulders.
The Caretaker tilted its head slightly before replying. "I could
now. Do you want to go now? It doesn't take long."
Iteral nods and winks, slowing down time a lot so they would not be
gone for more than a few seconds. Eh, it's not like they notice
anyway, given that they only have eyes for each other right now.
"Get me there. I have a very dumb idea."
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
"Awesome. I love dumb ideas." After it used it's hands to
speak, it signaled Iteral to follow, expecting her to be following
it to where she wanted to go. Not much longer, they entered
Auspice's room. Her bed was... quite royal like. Just past the bed by a few feet was
a door to her dressing room, which was rather quite large.
"Alright. Here you are. Auspice will probably kill me for
this."
"Don't worry. She'll kill me first, that should give you enough
time to formulate an apology." Iteral grins and goes into the
closet, looking through some clothing. "This will do. Okay, get
me back without them or you seeing me."
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
The Caretaker nodded nervously, leading Iteral back to Auspice and
Rhulk without looking back at the time witch. It didn't know what
Iteral was doing, but it knew it would probably get them both
killed.
Watch this. Iteral signed, only showing her hands before all
three could hear a noise, the noise of a clock winding up. Then,
stepping from behind the Caretaker, a very young voice came up.
"... Mama? Papa?"
Iteral, that anachronistic idiot, aged down to around 11 years old
and wore a black dress with partial sleeves, black sneakers and a
headband keeping her unruly hair down. All six eyes were open, as
she looks between the two and just made an innocent pose, doing a
👉👈 gesture with her hands.

Shoot them before they shoot you.
The Caretaker stepped back when Iteral came up front. Of course
Iteral was going to do something like this. It couldn't help but
'facepalm' at the situation.
Auspice and Rhulk turned to the child upon hearing the voice.
Auspice was... shocked, to say the least. Her body shifted
uncomfortably, trying to grasp the situation.
"R-Rhulk- W- How- I- I- didn't remember-"
Auspice put her hands over her face in an embarrassed manner. She
wasn't expecting this.
Rhulk looked at Auspice, then the 'child' nervously, if he could
sweat, he would. His breathing slightly quickened.
"T-This is a joke, right? I could have
sworn I- oh by the Witness-"
Iteral walked closer to Auspice, all six eyes now up at her. When
this young, she wasn't taller than... I guess 4'4. Quite short for
an eleven year old. Then she looks over to Rhulk. "Is everything
okay?" The young trickster asked, smiling at the two.
(so you know how she looks like rn)
You know the first rule in combat?

Auspice had tears starting to well up in her eyes, feeling her
hands shake. She was speechless and just admired the child before
her.
Rhulk was left confused, putting his hands on the sides of his
head. "Y-Yes! E-Everything is fine, err...
my child. W-Where did you come from..? Auspice and I don't...
remember... err... having a child... well, successfully. Nor does
she remember giving birth to one. So... were did you come
from...?" He then turned to the Caretaker, then the child.
Iteral gave a little shrug at that question. "I don't remember. I
only remember you two... and this weird woman with the clocks. She
said she wanted to "give me a taste of home". I know you taught me
to not believe strangers, mom. I'm sorry." She sounded apologetic,
doing the finger gesture again. "You look a lot younger... you
took, Uncle." She looks at Caretaker and, when her face was only
visible to him, she winked with just her center left eye.
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
The Caretaker would be laughing if it could, and if Rhulk heard it
laugh, it would probably end up dead.
Rhulk couldn't even say anything anymore either. He just glared at
Auspice, then Iteral, then Auspice.
Auspice uncovered her face, letting out a sigh as she slowly walked
up to the child and hugged her. "I-If you really are my child...
t-then... I will take care if you. I'll protect you with my life."
Iteral nods, hugging her back. "Silly mom, you always say that and
I keep telling you that I know!" Her giggle was a little similar to
her older self, but it was interrupted by a ringing sound around a
corner. "Oh, that is the signal! Mom, that woman with the clocks!
She told me to tell you that you two will be a great couple! Past,
Present, Future!" She cheers, before waving at them. "See you
later!" She said, as she went around the corner. The ringing
stopped after a delay, with Iteral in her old clothing
returning.
"... Auspice, Rhulk? You two okay?" She acted, only having two eyes
open again to not raise suspicions.
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
Auspice smiled, looking down at her daughter. She was... quite
upset that her child would have to go so early, but she understood.
"'till we meet again, then. I love you, daughter." She whispered
before she watched her daughter walk off. It wasn't long before
Auspice saw Iteral again. To try to not embarrass herself, she
quickly wiped her tears away, letting out a sigh as she looked at
Iteral.
Iteral gives an embarassing laugh, standing next to the Caretaker
now. "Heh, restrooms... are hard to find in this place. What did
you do?" She looks up at him, praying that he'd be as good of an
actor as her. If they were both good, they'd be fine. If not...
well, at least they die together, so that helps.
