Spoilers warning if someone haven't completed rowan quests

I know in total there are 8 rowan quests.
So I completed quest with that time machine or something, got shadow mewtwo and hatched it.
Which quest it was and how many left?

You can. It's something that can randomly appear when you visit his lab.
