If you decide on a Pokémon, please fill out this form:

After I see the filled out form, I will tell you the cost of that Pokémon. Cost is based on rarity, type, and level.
When you order here, please pay first by setting up a gift in the world trade center with the correct amount of pd, or gift the pd on my account page. After I receive the pd, I will set up a private trade with your Pokémon as soon as I can. Please be patient, and remember to have an extra Pokémon on hand, because the trade must have the same number of Pokémon from you as from me. Thank you!
I will also include 5 of the berries the Pokémon likes in the trade.
