When we evolve Espeon or Umbreon, will it consume the Bell? There was one time I did it and the Bell is still there and the second time I did it the Bell is not there anymore. I am puzzled so can someone explain?

It will consume the bell, but the bell should still be there.

if you're talking about your espeons and umbreon in your boxes, you can take the soothe bell from them after they evolve.
