I got a question about not special pokémons. Like i ahve 5x goldeen's, 4 koffings, .. Not shiny or anything special.
Can you do somthing with it, that is usefull to the game or should i just release them?

You can sell them but mostly extra pokemons are released by the masses and have no extra use per se.
