There has recently been an outbreak of a virus, similar to Pokérus. It causes the user Pokémon to go into a frenzy and act rashly, at least that’s what was said on the television. You suddenly were overcome by a headache, so you went outside for some fresh air.

When you stepped outside at night, you didn’t expect there to be a comet, nor did you expect it to come straight towards you! Suddenly, you instinctively reach out your hand to grab it. Somehow, it transforms into a flute and a voice speaks in your head. “Use the flute you’ve just grasped to transform into a magical girl and purge the Alpha virus, you 10 are the only ones who can purify the Pokémon affected by it!” The voice speaks telepathically to you. “I’ll also make some exceptions for other people, you’ll know when you meet them. Good luck!” The voice said as yellow particles surrounded the white, thin flute.

As you stepped outside, you noticed a white flute near your feet. “Use the flute by your feet to transform into a magical girl and fight against the Alpha virus! You and some other people are support fighters for the 10 other main magical girls! Good luck!” A voice spoke in your head as all of a sudden, yellow particles surrounded the flute as you picked it up.

Sakura was confused by the recent events, but didnt mind it. "Alpha virus, huh?" She asked herself.

Katsuna was very confused when she received the flute. Why her? There were probably other worthy trainers out there. Maybe whoever made these flutes chose her for her willingness to help. The task of purifying affected Pokemon seemed daunting to her, but she'll have to give it a try.

Rose looked at the flute. She was confused by why she, out of all people, had been chosen to have this flute. She went outside and decided to look around for some clues as maybe why she got the flute.

Katsuna tried to find a place to put the flute away, eventually grabbing a bag from her house and putting it inside. Guess she needs to save the world now. But how?

Sakura planned to visit arcanine eventually to check up on it, and to hope it wouldn't have this "alpha purge virus" shes been hearing about.

Katsuna walked towards where she knew wild Pokemon was at. She stared at the flute in her bag, wondering how to use it.
