The first one that comes to mind is Leafeon, because it looks so peaceful with fall colors.

All three Vulpix and Ninetales (Kanto, Alolan and Witch here on PH), Dragonite (I prefer it to the original colour), Rockruff and all three Lycanroc forms, Regular Zorua though I do prefer the shiny form of Hisuian Zoroark. Meowstic either gender, Nickit.

Edit: I would like to add Venonat to the list.
