Some important things before I start:
-Please don't post here unless I have given you permission. Please don't beg me for permission, or I will never give it to you
-If you have questions, theories, or anything else, just PM or Palpad me
-The main character is Twig the Grookey
-I will release this chapter by chapter, so please don't rush me. I will release at least five chapters per week, and eventually, I will move into the next book of the series
-This was once an accidental copy of Ember's Path, so I used it to make something else
-In this pokemon world, trainers understand their pokemon, but only their pokemon
-Yes, this is a series. The series is called Twig's Battle. Here are the book names:
Book One: Twig Rising
Book Two: The Tree of Hope
There will definitely be these two books but others are not confirmed yet, but I will update this post if this changes.
Now to get started on Twig Rising...
"Flutterby! Help!" "I'm coming, Twig!" A small Grookey ran between Professor Magnolia's legs. "Calm down, young'un,' she said, but Twig did not want to stop. He eventually got caught in a Pokeball. "Twig... no..." Flutterby the Butterfree said sorrowfully.
The lab was suddenly filled with squeals of joy as three new trainers ran into the lab. "Luke, you can go first," Professor Magnolia said to a young trainer with dark brown hair and brown eyes. "I want this one!" Luke said, pointing at the Grookey. "This is Twig the Grookey. Here is his Pokeball," Magnolia said while handing a Pokeball to Luke. Luke seemed extremely happy and he exclaimed "Woohoo!" Twig felt glad to be picked first. Once Magnolia was done giving everyone their starters, she addressed the whole group. "Have fun on your journeys, wherever they may take you."
