What is the best way to get dragon gems? I am having trouble getting them I have like all the other ones.

Yes. It's random. And Dragom Gems are very rare. You literally send out tens of plushies before you get one Dragon Gem.

It is recommended to send expensive Plushies. Plushies of around 100 dream points are more likely to give you Dragon Gems.
