You will still have to pay the fee, the discount only applies to normal plushies - no megas/shinies. Do you still want your plush?

Other: 500pd? It said in the rules that "Please note that the maximum DP cost per order is 100 DP, and you can only order once every 3 days... there is a special exemption for shiny plushies." Is the exemption for the maximum DP part or the time between each order part? Sorry if I've got it mixed up ^^' If the maximum is 100 DP no matter the case, could you send a missing 100 DP plushie instead? Thanks :)
