Is there a list where all the possible pokemon to get in the lab are? or does the lab offer eggs for every species (except legendary pokemon and event for obvious reason)

I think there are only a "few" exceptions (considering there are like... 900 official Pokemon? I lost the number)
Of course, no events in the lab. Legendaries only the bird trio (Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno) as far as I know if i didnt forget anything
There are some rarer Pokemon that are not available in the lab, as they are aquired through other methods.

But basically it's easier to check if your desired Pokemon is obtained in a special way (Search for it in the PokeHeroes Wiki) than listing every Pokemon from the lab

Two legendaries, Glasterier and Specterier are also available from Lab. And Mega-able X and Y Mewtwo, Arceus, Genesect, Mega-able Diancie, Silvally, Calyrex and Deoxys available from lab from Prof. Rowan after completion of their respective Dex.
