T'was the morning of saturday, and all through the owl house
Not a creature was stirring, not even the echo mouse
The beanbag was tucked in the corner with care
Right up on top of it, Vex Chagre was there
The other guests were all comfy in bed
And Edalyn Clawthorne still had her head
Vex'd on the beanbag awoke with a tap
To see her palisman butter there, as it haps
Vex noticed a voice outside, as it spoke and chattered
And she got up, with an odd feeling it mattered
