Mine is Indian, the country is so vast so there's a multitude of different dishes and flavors depending on what area of India you look at. Not to mention the spices and textures that go well together :)

Portuguese. Best cuisine in the world. We aren't afraid of using a bad amount of salt on our food.

Asian cuisine in general, I would die for Sushi, Ramen and noodles. But I also love our local German food. :3
