Does buying all the sinnoh pokemons count towards Sinnoh Dex? or do I have to hatch them myself

It doesn't matter whether you hatch it yourself or buy it from someone, it still counts for your dex

But remember that the PokeDex on PH works different than in the original games. You only have the Pokedex entry if you actually own the Pokemon right now. If you have 1 Pikachu for example and give it away/release it, you will lose the Pokedex entry again
