A lot of legendaries have really cool shinies so it's hard to choose. However I think the shiny primal forms of Groudon and Kyogre stand out to me as looking quite slick.

Latios and Latias have nice bright shiny colors. I also really like shiny Suicune (looks like a wintertime version.)
