Dear sir, I am sam I got two uxie egg vouchers from the golden slot and I kept both of them for trade in item market for 168998 pd but next day I saw only one voucher was in the market and I did not get any pd also.I even checked my item bag but there also I found nothing please tell where my voucher went.

And I won a hoopa auction but the hoopa didn't got transferred in my storage box even a message also came congratulations you won the hoopa auction the pokemon has been transferred. (NOTE: I ALREADY HAD A HOOPA, I SHOULD HAVE TWO HOOPA AFTER WINNING THE AUCTION.)
Please solve this problem also.
