I have this fishleon thats level 37, from the day it hatched its always carried an everstone with it. Recently i decided to take the everstone off to evolve it (i believe fishleon evolves at level 32) and a few hours passed and it hasnt evolved yet, 💀💀 why

After you take the everstone away from it, it needs to level up once more (in your case reaching Level 38) to evolve.
