So earlier today, I clicked the option that I wont get notifications from the seed que. For some reason now, I can not get either of my two seed makers to create any more seeds. I have yet to get the third seed maker.

Means you blocked Pop-up notifications in your browser? Sorry to say, but it you have blocked pop-up notifications, then you can’t make any more seeds as they need confirmation by pop-up notification. Most of the PH features will also be inaccessible.
You must have pop-up notifications turned on.
