In my opinion, it would be GTS Item Market (indirectly DW shop) and Interacting.
The gems I get from DW shop, I sell them at GTS and earn a lot of PD from it.
By buying the Amulet Coin I am earning 3 PD per click now. (before it was like 1.8 PD per click).

So far for me, the best way to make money is through trading because everyone is nice so they just give me a crap ton of money for no reason.
