The wisp brushed against her, and the chilling feeling of burnt scales brushing up against her came and went, as the wisp moved along “Smoked in the eyes? By nightwing?”

Cloudsong immediately took off into the air, dodging the attack. so if this nightwing knew how skywings fought, it was probably the best idea to well- not attack at all.

He roared, and shot into the air, before billowing smoke eruoted from his mouth and nostrils to cloak him, before he roared out of the disguise, and shot burning fire at her

Cloudsong landed on a cliff, her purple scales changing to the same red as all her other scales. "They're beautiful, yes, minus the fact they're deadly."

It hit his scales, but the fire around them absorbed the fire quickly “I know every way if fighting. You ant beat me, pathetic dirt hybrid” he said, lunging like a rainwing

Cloudsong thought for a second. She wasn't sure if her scales were fireproof, but at least she got to give it a try. She suddenly dived back down towards the nightwing, letting her flame form gauntlet like things over her claws as she brought it down on the nightwing, bringing the combined pain of fire and being punched. (I am 99.9% sure I will get burns if I tried this irl)
