Hey all, this is my first time actually experience a pokemon game in my life and I had a question about the game and mostly about the camping stuff.

I noticed that some of my pokemon have been feeling sleepy or have mentioned something of it during when I battle, how do I fix that? is there a way to know which berries are good for curry?
