Wait that was mad spoilers uhm
First, its about feral Eevees and Eeveelutions that get released to an island. Either it be from accident, forced to release, breedjects, or any other reason, they get sent here via a ship. It can also hold failed products, which is why some get special items (example: a bow, a hat, a scarf, etc).
