Can't block a specific User

Hey~
I want to block a specific User since two days now, but the Block-Button doesn't seem to work?
When I click "Block this user" the information over the Profile pops up, but the User isn't blocked.
I tried it out with other random Users, but on their Profiles it worked as good as usual.
It seems to be only this one User.
